The buble tight shut - off of AYVAZ KV 1 Butterfly Valves is achieved by using EPDM and NBR gaskets. With the use of gradual adjustment cap, required fluid flow - rate can be adjusted. The lever is not in contact with the fluid so there’s no calcification. Because of the 100% buble tight shut - off it can be used as blind ending.Control options can be lever, reducter and pneumatic.
Attention during installation :
- To avoid the deformation of the tigtness element, enough space should be found between flanges
- during installation, the disc should not be completely close ; it should be a little open
- Before fixing the flange nuts, the free movements of the disc should be checked.
